Zud Rangma Records has been running the scene on funky Thai music and other forms of roots music for the past five years. They specialize in finding and remastering old school Thai funk, luk thung, molam, isan as well as other funky tunes from other countries all over the world. They have established a store front on Sukhumvit Soi 51 where you can find all of their releases as well as a nice collection of vintage vinyl. They throw parties periodically and invite the old school musicians to come out and play and also spin some pieces from their record collection for a packed house of music lovers. Check out a Paradise Bangkok party or stop by the shop to fill your ears with some very groovy tunes.

Shawn Ward is a Canadian mad man. He banged out this full part in only three weeks. It’s getting to be the hottest season of the year in Bangkok right now. With daily temperatures around 35-40°C, it can be a bit hard to be productive all the time but Shawn made it happen.
